The Creative Coaching Process

What does coaching accomplish? It can assist in several topics, such as: experiencing loss, passion for something you have yet to achieve, relationship perspectives, day-to-day stagnation, stifled creativity, and learning to present yourself in a more positive, uplifting manner.

Working with Coach Nori, you will design a process by which YOU will clarify your mission, set goals to attain this mission, and be held accountable in order to achieve and celebrate your accomplishments along the way!

Though this process is led by you, your coach will suggest exploratory tasks, ask powerful questions, and acknowledge your insight. Together you and your coach create a designed alliance that expands the possibilities for positive change and manifesting dreams!

FAQs
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is not a mental health service. Coaching allows you to create a relationship with someone who has an outside perspective on the goal or issue you are managing. Constructive, active, problem-solving tasks are suggested in the first session and each session going forward.

Terms & Coaching Methods

  • Laughter Yoga is a blend of yogic deep breathing, stretching, and laughter exercises that cultivate child-like playfulness

  • Psych-K is a set of simple, self-empowering processes to change your beliefs that affect you on a cellular level

  • Co-Active Coaching: The “Co” in Co-Active suggests relationship, connection, intimacy and collaboration. Thus, the “Co” in us is curious, listens deeply, hears nuance, holds space for others, intuits and nurtures. The “Active” in Co-Active stands for power, direction, action and manifestation. So, the “Active” in us is courageous, has clarity and conviction, takes charge and achieves goals - CTI

  • Art-Based Therapies: By utilizing the various forms of art and understanding the effects of trauma through training (and from personal experience), your coach uses a mixture of art and empathy to work with your goals
